Overlapps.com has a very neat and easy layout to navigate. All the apps are categorize by votes and interest.
Lovely UI displays mobile screens with the main goal of classifying them upon their UI elements.
Theymakeapps is more than just a showcase website. One of the greatest feature is the ability to use different filter for your search (platform, country, fee).
Pttrns.com is one of my favorite website. I like the zoom function on the side which allows you to see all the details of the interface.
SmashApp is a great place to discover recent apps. I particularly like their hall of fame. They are very active on maintaining the website up-to-date. Worth the tour.

TapFancy is a good resource to use if, like me, you are an addict to scrolling.

TappGala makes the ‘inspire-me task’ easy to do by categorizing all the best mobile interfaces found.
